Every child with receive this colourful work book that will theirs to keep. It is full of fun games, puzzles and activities. On day one the children will discuss how we can keep active and the amazing benefit of leading a health lifestyle. They will be set homework each week, but it will be homework they will love doing! They will be asked to do 20 minutes of physical activity and for every 2o minutes they complete they will collect a ‘Fit Tick’ and as they collect their Fit Ticks they will be working towards their Bronze, Silver or Gold Award!

Schools have two options for costings:

1. Pay for the Full Training Package £3,000
2. Pay for a Bodycare Instructor to deliver the six week program = £360 per school class

All our instructors are fully qualified fitness professionals and can offer a range of before and after school clubs. This could be fitness sessions, box fit clubs, sports clubs, nutrition courses or anything else that fits within their professional background.
